float trouble [IE5.2/Mac]

I have a problem in IE5.2 on the Macintosh:

The content of frame[name=content] is shifted under the 'demo-image'.
There also seems to be a problem on the frame[name=sub-cat] with the
background-image. I will upload a screen shot as soon as I get one.

The question is obvious: can someone help me solving those problems?

The problem with the 'moved' content is quite obvious. In the left
side-bar (frame[name=sub-cat]) you can see that the background-image
does not cover the whole frame, while it is as wide as the frame is.
