Default Filter (chroma) in Mozilla? - 08-11-2005 , 11:16 AM

I'm trying to apply my own stylesheet to an existing site's page, using
their graphics. The graphics are gifs with a white background. I can
make the white backgrounds transparent in IE, no problem. Is there any
way I can do so in Mozilla, my preferred browser? I realize Moz doesn't
support the filter command.

Don't laugh when you see the URL:

I know the layout itself is messed - I've been concentrating on the
image problem.

Use a GIF with an actual transparent background?

I wish - like I said, I'm using their graphics, and I can't alter them.
I don't understand why they didn't just save them transparent - it's
not like it adds anything to the filesize.

I moved the page to my webspace - you should be able to see it now.

I'm having a problem with IE placing the vert_banner in the center of
the page instead of against the right side. Moz has no problem with it.
I've tried just about everything, it seems - one or the other chokes on
it.
