Default IE6 Padding issue - 03-05-2004 , 03:20 PM

I have an issue w/ padding on a form page. I am using a technique described
at: http://www.alistapart.com/articles/practicalcss/
for laying out a typical form sheet w/ left floated span labels and right
floated span controls surrounded by a "row" classed div.

http://www.paulwalker.tv/css/default.htm

The .row class is styled w/ a padding-top: 10px, but in IE6 the rows (
except the first ) seem to take on a padding of 20px or double what I want
it to. Looking at the page in Mozilla and FireFox the padding of each row
displays correctly at 10px. I have put a white border around the divs to
more clearly illustrate the issue.

The page validates successfully for XHTML 1.0 Strict. Thank you in advance
for anyone that can help with this issue.
