CSS, Rounded Corners & Drop Shadows - Suggestions?

Hi All,

http://www.pxlabs.com/roundedbox.jpg is what I am trying to accomplish.

I am looking for some feedback/suggestions on the best way to pull this
off.

I have thought of using <h2>'s with the top part as the background,
with a <ul> as the bottom rounded part, and a 1px slice of the beige
part as the background for the <li>, however I'm having some issues
with spacing etc.

Is there an elegant want to do this, or am I on the right track here?
