CSS menu/i.e. problem - help please -

Hi, I am having trouble with the U. K. - 70th Anniversary link on my website when under internet explorer where this page crashes i.e. This has happened since I started to use my new CSS Menu and I wondered if anyone can help me. I did and found 1 error and 20 warnings.

I have checked all the CSS files through validator and are all OK, but
the problem is still there.
