Css with frames

Hi all.

Ok.. i know that Css based layout is better then frames, but.. i need this
solution.

I have a 4 frames layout.. Top, two columns (left & right) and the Body. The
body can contain a lot of pages..

My question is: Is possibile to assign an external Css for all pages loaded
in to 'body' frame without write th <link....> tab in each page??

I think not.. but i'm not sure
