Default bug in IE7 - probably margin problem - 06-13-2009 , 03:15 PM






this problem appears only in IE7, in other browsers it works fine. I
tried few options like make block-inline, but it doesnt work. any
ideas?

Step 1 : make your code valid

Step 2 : if the problem persists, post a query saying what the problem
is ... we should not have to guess.

what do u mean valid?
the problem is that in the middle column(div) ,the list of my projects
is moved from the left side, but it is appears in IE :-/

Valid means that there are markup errors on the page in question. Fixing
the errors might fix your problem.

That seems to be complaining about p's inside p's in the right
column. I doubt that affects his list problem.

But, I had not a clue what the Op was referring to in his original
post. Note to OP to clearly state issue.

Margins and paddings on lists are different in IE than they are in other
browsers.

I didn't feel like hacking through this to look at your stylesheet. I
think the best resource on lists I've seen is this one:

http://www.alistapart.com/articles/taminglists/

If you want to have another run through the group, I suggest you just
post up a stripped down example of just one column and one list with an
embedded stylesheet.
