PNG in IE6

I knew of that bug existence but I never had a chance to deal with
it.
Now I create my PNG (24) file and apply a few fixes I found online.
However, despite the fact that IE6 shows PNG, the transparent
background and shadow do not work right.

Do I apply a wrong fix or I made a wrong PNG? All I need is a
transparent image with shadow. Advice? Thanks a lot.
