Does anyone know where I can get one of these and what are the steps to go
about it?

If you mean you want to precess credit cards online there are several
options.

Paypal accepts cards - but you have to sign up for an account.

Nochex does too but there are limitations.

Worldpay is a higher-end option - but you have to pay a month fee,
signup fee etc
