NNTP host

Afternoon group..

My ISP NNTP Server is now getting bogged down, at one time I could DL all
the groups I wanted, but now their NNTP server just times out, they know
about the problem, and are trying to boost up their servers.

Anyhoo.. anyone know of a GOOD FREE NNTP post/reply server, I can use in the
mean time?
