gap between header and main in firefox and opera

erm ive made a little site for a friend of mine but
in firefox and opera there is a gap between the header and the main section
(obviously ie doesnt have one) which i do not want - im sure the solution is
simple but i'll be blown if i can figure it.... it could be the brandy.....

It's the 10px top margin on the <h3> at the top of #main.
