What to use for homepage design?

Fails WAI accessibility tests:

Black background does not provide enough contrast for various elements.
Tables for positioning of elements.
Depreciated markup.
Proprietary markup which may work only for IE, if at all.

And the Number 1 reason not to use Front Page - bloat, takes longer for
the page to load because of unnecessary markup.

Tanker34, Please let us know which University. I'd prefer to send my sons
to a school that doesn't get their Geography texts from the "Flat Earth
Society" or Chemistry books from "Merlin's Alchemy".

You should contact the University Computer Science department and complain
that you weren't taught accepted international standards. Thus you paid
for a sub-standard education.
