How do i get No-Wrap to work?

Hey,

Basically I just want the menu to 'Not' Wrap when the browser is made
smaller, but instead just display the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom.

Ive tried placing NoWrap in heads of different places and can't seem to get
it working, it continues to wrap.

Any help appreciated
