Help with some HTML

Hi,

This is my first time here. I have a fairly simple problem i think.
I've been building a webpage for a little while now i want it to open to a
specific size and not be resizable i was wondering if any one could help me
with this. Could you please reply to randyw (AT) kfs (DOT) bc.ca it would be greatly
appeciated.

I think you can only set the size of a window and make it unresizable
if it is a popup window.
