How much attention do designers here place on validating for disablity
requirements with Bobby (http://bobby.cast.org/)?

I find it very difficult to implement all the suggestions it comes up
with - and I have doubts over how much of it browsers will support?

Do other people bother? Do they have any alternative ideas to ensure
accessibility?
