Simple Q from a newbie - 11-09-2003 , 05:08 PM

I have created a few GIFs that work while testing logged on to the FTP site
after editing index.html but when I view them with OE over the net only a
stagnent pic appears. No animation. Can anyone lend me some knowledge with
this little to go on?
