Quickest way to get fancy?

I do a lot of listing of items on an ecommerce site, and often on ebay, etc.
I Occasionally want to get fancy, and will add an html table, or CSS styles.
I use DreamWeaver MX, but I was wondering if there's a tool for creating
quick ads and adding styles to tags. I know I can do it in DreamWeaver, but
I seem to take forever. Perhaps someone can advise on how best to utilize
the tools I have, or on what other tools are available.
