logo icon in favorites

Hi I'm a new guy, I saved a link to my favorites and got the link
http://www.ocmodshop.com/ plus there logo icon in my favorites.
Someone gave me this <LINK REL="SHORTCUT ICON"
HREF="http://www.your.net/fg.ico"> would work, but I can't get it to work.
Any help or info would be graet. Thank You All!
