HTTP Status 413 error - 09-10-2008 , 09:09 AM

I am getting HTTP STAUS 413 ERROR on Motrola L9 device. How can I
solve it.
Again I want to know whether there is any size limit of CSS file in
WAP. On some devices my CSS is not fully loading.
