The question is, why do you want to use frames? The usual answers are:
1. So that there will be a menu for the user on every page
2. So that the author only has one page to update
3. So the content of the menu frame stays static whilst the content
scrolls.

There are many problems with frames <http://dorward.me.uk/www/frames/>,
and I would highly suggest against using them. The above can all be
done either with some sort of preprocessor and/or CSS.

Thank you Adrianne
I am just a newbie to this and my friends @ school are more advanced but do
not want to share the knowledge, I am a 5th grader (Sorry)(

I take your replay to mean that there are better ways to write home pages,
I don't quite understand the pre-processor or the CSS,
but I'll start from viewing your homepage.

thanks for taking the time
