Gazing into my crystal ball I observed "John" <Paulfun (AT) bigpond (DOT) com writing in news:70qUg.40570$rP1.39341 (AT) news-server (DOT) bigpond.net.au: Can anyone point me to a website where i can learn how to use frames in my HTML's? Thank you in advance ' Naome The question is, why do you want to use frames? The usual answers are: 1. So that there will be a menu for the user on every page 2. So that the author only has one page to update 3. So the content of the menu frame stays static whilst the content scrolls. There are many problems with frames <http://dorward.me.uk/www/frames/>, and I would highly suggest against using them. The above can all be done either with some sort of preprocessor and/or CSS. -- Adrienne Boswell at Home Arbpen Web Site Design Services http://www.cavalcade-of-coding.info Please respond to the group so others can share |
