Default using JavaScript w/ Frames - 06-25-2003 , 05:17 PM

Ok, I know very little of JavaScript but it seems almost like C+. Anyways, I
have a website that's based off frames. While I like the look, I want to be
able to hide the status bar or make it so they can not see where the
directories are going to retrieve the information. Any suggestions?

http://members.cox.net/nite_lite check the source code and see if something
will work

Thanks.

It has vagely similar syntax to C and C++. (But then you could say the same
about English and French)

If the browser is to get the information...
.... the browser needs to know where it is ...
.... if the browser knows where it is ...
.... the user can find out where it is.

Preventing users from accessing the status bar is impossible. Any attempt
you could make to remove it would only annoy.

Yes, I now understand why you guys all say "Oh dear" but I'm extreamly
novice on layouts and coding. My expertise is on graphic design, not website
design. Any suggestions to carry the same look w/o the frames?
