Removing "alink" and "vlink" borders from IMG SRC anchor links?

Hi, as the heading suggests, I want to remove the boxes around my IMG SRC
anchor links...

I've created a nice background and cut the IMG SRC buttons from the same
background, now I want my graphic links to blend seamlessly with the
background (no ugly borders as I've created my own graphic effects to
represent visited links, etc.)

Is there such a thing as a "transparent" setting for these tags?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanx in advance.

Set the border-style property of the images to 'none' (or the border-width
property to 0, or the border-color to transparent). (Using CSS).
