The problem that you are asking about is caused by the lack of a
quotation mark that would terminate the ACTION attribute value.
But there is a large number of other problems, starting from the fact
that the ACTION attribute value itself is incorrect. I refer to primers
and tutorials on forms, as listed on my page

and mention on other issues just that it's usually pointless to use a
<PRE> element unless you have some actually PREformatted text that is
to be shown exactly as formatted (and even then, other approaches can

I think you should spend some time in authoring basic HTML pages first.
Forms are a specialty with some oddities, though not that difficult per
se as regards to HTML markup.
