I hope you realize that PDF works notoriously poorly on the Web and
that HTML is a much more Web-friendly format.

The result is a complete mess, at least unless you used some suitable
tool to remove all the Microsoft-specific crap from the "HTML"
produced. Do not expect it to work decently even on Microsoft browsers
when the browsing situation is varied - the user probably cannot even
change the font size conveniently!

Well, to complete the disaster, you could add <base target="_blank">
into the <head> part.
