Problem with frames

Hi,
I created a webpage in which there are 3 frames.
One on the right side of the screen
The left side is split in 2 other frames.
The upper one has a jpg on it
the second one has text. The problem is that there is no way to scroll it ?
Can anybody help me ?
Here is the url :
http://amstrad.cpc.free.fr/emulator.htm for a direct access (only 2 frames
then) or
http://amstrad.cpc.free.fr and choose emulator to see the 3 frames...
