Anyway, now that you know a little bit, you are in a worse position
than before. You may actually start using target="_blank", since you
don't know what it _really_ means - since you didn't check a good
manual or reference.

THanks for your helpful comments Jukka. I did look up a manual, couldnt see
it quickly, am facing a deadline, and trying to adjust some existing code.

I am not a programmer, just someone with reasonable intelligence who is
helping someone out.
