No, they are no ok.

On bot "karel4.html.htm" you have the following:
<META
name=blues,bluesrock,bluesfestivals,muziek,music,u sa,uk,netherlands,blues,be
lgium,france,>
but it should be:
<meta name="keywords"
content="blues,bluesrock,bluesfestivals,muziek,mus ic,usa,uk,netherlands,blue
s, belgium, france">

The "Title & Meta Tags" tool at this page
http://www.provisiontech.net/tools.html might also be helpful. I personally
like to seperate my keywords with spaces instead of comma's but it's ok
either way. Also if I was you I would be more concerned with removing the
frames than optimizing the meta tags.

Good advice. Besides, meta tags are virtually useless - search engines have
largely started (years ago) to ignore them, sometimes they even punish for
(assumed) meta tag abuse for keyword spamming.

Meta tags are mostly useful only to companies that sell "meta tag tuning"
services to authors who don't understand the issue.

I would never recommend using frames. You can almost always take a frames
site and accomplish the same goal without using frames. Frames can confuse
users and search engines do not like them. What would happen if a search
engine indexed this page http://www.blueslinks.nl/karel2.html.
