Frames and scrollbar

Hi everyone,
I would like to have one frame on top, showing the columns names
and the main frame showing the data corresponding to those columns.
I d like it to behave like in excel, where u freeze the top rows.

So the only problem I see is to match the 2 Horizontal scrollbars... I need
to manually scroll them so the columns fits, and that is not great at all! =P

I am up to any suggestion, thx in advance!
