Hi. Does anybody know how can I build a forum all by myself?

For a "Beginner" I suggest downloading a script to do that... try

But you could simply make one yourself (assuming that only YOU would
"answer" the questions) by learning HTML Forms and supplying an input
box for users to send you their questions, then use a Remotely Hosted
Script to process the input, and have it sent to your email, from which
you would "manually" add the info (including your "answers") to your
homemade Forum page...

That will take some time to do. If your really serious about doing it
yourself, I would suggest buying
a good book on internet database programming. That would be a start.
