?"can't display the page"?

I'm beginer user of HTML.
I trying to create my Curiculum Vitae in HTML and I set there my
photo. The HTML document and photo have that same path. I put it in one
folder and it works.When I want to send it
by mail to someone they can't open my html document - there is information
"Can't display the page"
What is wrong?
Can someone help me?
