I'm a stranger to your forum, but I expect to find the answer here.
I've heard and seen an example of rendering a .JPG file into
honest-to-goodness HTML code. I'm not talking about merely
referencing a .JPG photo, but rather real code that looks like
gibberish in a normal text editor, but shows up as a real picture
on screen in your browser window when you open the Picture.html
file.
What is this? Is there a program to do this? (Well, of course there
must be ... I've seen the samples) Maybe an online URL which
will render your upload into code for you?
