What paradigm? CMS? WYSIWYG? Text editor? Have a look at NVU, which is both
powerful and free. It is cross-platform too.

Yeah try this one... Evrsoft First Page 2006 go to <a

href="http://www.eversoft.com">http://www.eversoft.com</a> and download
the program. It's got several different user level settings within the
program from novice to hard core. Works nicely.
