Does this:
C:\My Documents\Paul's Webpage\dayone.jpg
give you a clue? ;-)

I don't have that jpg on my C: drive.
And another thing: make sure the slashes are like / and not \.

sorry for the email...thanks for the help...trial and error I guess...I'll
try the image file and see what that does thanks

openoffice.org has a free html editor with it's free office suite, works
good, and it's free.

Msword will also work, but the html is wildly insane and messy.

macromedia Dreamweaver studio is the best out there, just for the info.
