quicktime vids behave differently.

Is anyone able to tell me why these two quicktime vids behave
differently when embedded in a webpage?

Example 1 displays the movie and allows playpack during the download.

Example 2 displays only the quicktime logo until the vid has downloaded
completely, then the movie and controls appear after the download is
complete.

I can't find any difference in the properties of the two video clips.
So why are they displaying different behaviours in the webpages?

well, I don't know why it does it either.
