Default newbie question - 01-26-2005 , 11:39 PM

I put up my first web site. I have a membership application form on it. Is
there a html or something that I can insert so something can be clicked and
print out the form, so it can be filled out and mailed to me?
Any help will be MOST appreciated.
thank you all

Bob. It is relatively easy to have your form e-mailed to you with the
contents filled in. Take a look at the form at the bottom of my web page.
