I am new to web design. I am trying to post some golf data for our
club that is in ExCel format, but so far, the only way I have been
able to get it to display properly is to print it in ExCel and scan it
into a JPG format and display it as an image.

Is there a quick and easy way to do what I want? The normal format is
on one 8x10 sheet of paper when it is printed out.

Thanks,

Do a web search for a program called EXCEL2HTML. I d/l it a year or
more ago and it's been a godsend. It is very easy to use and will
convert your excel spreadsheet to a clean, easy to edit (if necessary)
HTML table.

When I got it it was free, but I don't think that's the case anymore.
Not sure what the price is, but it's well worth it. Perhaps the
members of your club can kick in their share and you'll have a tool
that you'll find useful for a very long time.

Correction: do a search for XLS2HTML. You'll find lots of downloads
for the shareware version with prices anywhere from $20US to $40US.

The freeware version I have is xls2html97. It installs as an add-on
to Excel (I have Excel 2000 on the absolutely crappy OS Win XP Pro)
You'll find several links to xls2html97 when you do a search, but all
are in languages other than English.

Hope this helps,

Thanks for trying, but...
This program requires that I generate a template in html and enter
cell references in each location for the data to be pulled from. All
I want is an image of the spreadsheet without having to print and scan
it. I don't need to be able to do anything with the data other than
look at it or for other club members to be able to look at it.
OGRAM
Now if there is a XLS2JPG program.....
